  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.

  • Items such as personal-use appliances (e.g., electric toothbrushes, juicers used once) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products bought during clearance sales or marked “non-returnable.”

  • Damages caused by improper use or negligence.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during purchase.

5. Replacement

If a product is defective or damaged, we will send a replacement at no extra cost after verification.
